Fly.io is purely usage-based: there are no plans, and each resource is metered separately on one monthly invoice.
Compute is a named CPU/RAM preset plus about $5 per 30 days per GB of extra RAM, billed by the second and priced per region. Stopped Machines cost $0.15 per GB of rootfs, and reserving a year of compute up front takes 40% off.
Volumes are $0.15 / GB / mo, and egress runs $0.02 to $0.12 / GB depending on the region. There is no free tier, only a trial of 2 machine-hours or 7 days.
